CND Celebrates 30th Anniversary
In honor of CND’s 30th “pearl” anniversary, OleHouse Company, the Vista, CA-based nail company’s
Russian distributor, recently hosted a Nail Day Celebration, where more than 600 nail pros from all
over the country competed in a series of events. CND co-founder Jan Arnold was on hand for the
festivities, which took place last fall at OleHouse Company headquarters in Russia.
Nail pros competed in an assortment of categories, including a Me and CND writing
competition, Best Tips Application, Best Magazine Cover Nails, and Best CND Master in the
categories of NailArt, Brisa and Liquid & Powder. Shortly after the competition had concluded,
an awards ceremony was held to recognize the winners. Later at a party at Moscow’s Graffit night
club, OleHouse President Galina Zelenova and CND’s Jan Arnold officially congratulated the
winners and thanked them for their dedication to CND. “It’s such a pleasure to share in the universal
enthusiasm and respect for CND,” Arnold said. “We are honored that Russian nail professionals
from near and far came together in celebration of our 30th anniversary.” —K.D.

Cinderella Hair Airs on National Television
Cinderella Hair recently teamed up with The Art of Living with Marilu Henner to create five-minute
segments highlighting the company’s extensions that will air in U.S. television markets across the country.
Months of preparation went into creating the spots, dubbed Lengthy Desires, which showcase
